Hospice services are offered to patients who are going through their last stages of life. During this difficult time, the focus is on keeping pain under control and on making this period of their life as fulfilling and as meaningful as possible.
Hospice services are individually tailored to each resident, but will all include access to:
- A sensitive and well-seasoned staff who have experience caring for those in hospice care
- Care from nurses from partnering Hospice agencies
- Individually decorated, fully furnished, state-of-the-art rooms and buildings (though we encourage residents to decorate with their own belongings to make their space feel like home!)
- Daily housekeeping, laundry services, and transportation to and from scheduled doctor appointments
- Delectable meals prepared by the executive chef and snacks throughout the day
