Memory loss does not occur overnight. Advent Homes Traverse program offers a safe and stimulating environment for residents who are in between assisted living and memory care.
Each resident will have a care plan that is tailored to their likes and needs, but will all have access to:
- A safe and secure environment with 24/7 staff supervision
- Stimulating activities designed to help residents enjoy life to its fullest
- Individually decorated, fully furnished, state-of-the-art rooms and buildings (though we encourage residents to decorate with their own belongings to make their space feel like home!)
- Daily activities, holiday celebrations, and planned off-site excursions
- Housekeeping, laundry, transportation to and from doctor appointments
- Access to the library, salon, gym, multiple dining rooms, and outdoor patios
- Delectable meals prepared by the executive chef and snacks throughout the day
